WHEN DOES MY POLICY KICK IN
You can kick start you policy up to 30 days in advance. For new policies you are ready to roll as soon as you've paid! For renewals, it kicks in from your renewal date.
HOW DO I KNOW MY POLICY IS LOCKED IN
Within minutes of paying the premium you'll get an email with your policy docs and a certificate of currency that confirms you're covered! Plus, you can check them out anytime by getting in touch with i2i Brokers.
HOW CAN I TWEAK MY POLICY LIMITS
You've got the power to tweak your policy anytime during its run. Just give us the heads up by phone or message and we'll get the limits altered for you. You'll have to sign a No Claims Declaration (NCD) and there may be extra premium due but we'll let you know!
HOW DO I PAY FOR IT
When you click "accept" we'll whisk you over to the paystation for some good ol' credit card or internet banking action. There is a 1.5% surcharge if you're going to put your credit card on the table. Internet Banking is totally free!
Monthly payments are taking a breather, but stay tuned in case they strut back onto the scene!
HOW LONG DOES THIS POLICY LAST
This insurance is a 12 month gig, we can't write short contracts of any kind. We know contracts can start short but they often stretch out or you get a new gig faster than you can say "cover me."
HOW do i renew my policy
We'll hit you up with a pre-renewal reminder or two and the link to the e-form (like you did in the beginning). We'll give you lots of time (usually about 45 days) and keep poking until we get your renewal info or you've waved us goodbye. Our system is on the ball, so we'll chase down any renewals that haven't crossed the finish line and we'll give you plenty of chances for you to keep your cover. If you've ghosted us we'll let you know that your cover has too.
